You are engaging Global Image Group, Inc. for a 2-hour Wardrobe Coordination program.
Programs are inclusive of processing fees. Additional hours outside the allotted time or follow-up consultation will be billed at US$250 per hour.
Fees must be paid in advance, as well as additional costs if any (i.e. travel expenses) as agreed to in writing. Client has until thirty (30) days prior to the consultation date to reschedule or cancel their appointment, after which time Client forfeits the consultation fee or any paid portion thereof. If Client cancels thirty (30) days prior to the consultation date and does not wish to reschedule, Client will be charged a cancellation fee of US$350 unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Payment is required in full when retaining Global Image Group, Inc. for a Program, Retainer, or Continuing basis 30 days prior to the consultation date. Terms regarding Payments / Cancellations are applicable for all successive consultations unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
